Behind these figures lie many stories of missed signals. My WellRi stands for "My Wellbeing Risks" and identifies these hidden risks. This allows you to strengthen your employees' commitment in a timely manner and prevent risks from resulting in lower engagement or turnover.

Our wellbeing survey was developed in collaboration with The VIGOR Unit (Ghent University) and is based on our scientifically proven Glasses Model. It goes beyond simply measuring stress and satisfaction. It also covers motivation, turnover intention, sleep quality, organisational commitment, technostress, and more. The results are objective and reliable.

Interactive dashboards show the complete wellbeing profile of your organisation. See immediately where the pressure is the highest and which departments are performing well. Our experts translate the data into a clear wellbeing report for key stakeholders (HR, management, prevention, etc.) with concrete recommendations based on that data.
You gain insight into all levels of your organisation
My WellRi provides you with data insights at various levels within your organisation:
- Organisational level: Key Insight Report with organisation-wide insights
- Team level: optional report with insights per team for their managers
- Individual level: optional personal report per employee
This way, wellbeing is no longer just “something for HR,” but a shared responsibility in which everyone can play their part.
You receive personal guidance from an expert
You are assigned a personal wellbeing expert who gets to know your organisation and takes the lead in rolling out your project. Our wellbeing expert acts as a partner, helping to create internal support both during the analysis and afterwards when implementing recommendations.
Every Belgian company must conduct a psychosocial risk analysis (PSR) at least every five years. With My WellRi, you not only comply with this requirement but also gain concrete insights into wellbeing risks and recommendations for addressing them.

Our approach:
The first step in the process is a kick-off with the Wellbeing Expert and the key stakeholders. During this session, we explain the wellbeing survey, answer questions, and agree on the next steps in the rollout. This creates a shared understanding and a clear basis for successful collaboration.
Our team supports you with the practical rollout: we provide the setup and support you with communication. The survey is completed online by employees, completely anonymously and confidentially.
You receive a clear and concise Key Insights Report that shows the complete wellbeing profile of your organisation. During an interactive meeting, our wellbeing expert will share the results, answer questions, and discuss recommendations. In addition, individual and team reports are also available, offering additional depth depending on your needs and context.
