Our Journeys are based on the science-based Waldon Glasses Model, which we developed in collaboration with The VIGOR Unit (spin-off Ghent University). Each journey combines awareness, screening, education, and behavioural change—the four pillars of a strong wellbeing policy.

Personal and digital, in one place

Psychological support, coaching, and group sessions provide additional support where needed. Thanks to our user-friendly and secure platform My Health Partner, psychological support and coaching are available 24/7, along with all other digital modules.

Relevant for every employee

Some choose privacy and autonomy, others prefer interaction and guidance. A hybrid approach ensures that every program matches individual preferences.

How long does a journey take?  

A journey takes at least one year. Why? Because sustainable behavioural change takes time. We meet regularly to monitor progress and determine next steps.

How much time does this require from our HR team?  

Waldon supports you with the practical rollout: we provide the setup and help with communication. At the same time, we motivate companies to take active ownership. Ambassadorship and clear involvement from (senior) management are crucial to really bring the wellbeing policy to life in your organisation. We are also happy to support you in this.

What if we do not know which journey we need?

Are the programs adaptable?  

Our Journeys are carefully constructed based on our scientific expertise and practical experience. They respond to the most common needs within organisations. Are subsidies available? 

Yes. Companies under joint committee 200 can apply for financial support. We are happy to help you navigate the process.
