To further develop our activities, we are looking today for a Customer Success & Partnerships Director.

What is your role?
As Customer Succes & Partnerships Director, you contribute to the growth of Waldon in Belgium and beyond. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Waldon by contributing to strategic alignment, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that strengthen our market position and organizational growth.
What does your day look like?
Together with your team,
You are responsible for delivering great value to our customer
- You are in charge of executing strategic consulting projects, where you map out the needs of our clients’ employees through wellbeing audits, focus groups, interviews, etc. You translate these needs into a concrete action plan and communicate it via our digital wellbeing platform.
- You come up with creative solutions for our clients and gather customer and user feedback to ensure the quality of our offerings.
- You identify upselling opportunities and align with the business development team.
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Center
- You work closely with our Product Manager Wellbeing, who is responsible for optimizing our impactful wellbeing products. You do this by gathering customer feedback and market information.
- You take responsibility for the scientific validation of our offerings and stay up-to-date with the wellbeing market and emerging trends.
- You collaborate with Wellbeing Managers to answer complex client inquiries and provide strategic advice for various client initiatives.
- A few examples:
- You define the content of our whitepapers and the agenda of our events.
- You, together with your team, build the business cases for wellbeing and are able to present and sell them at C-level.
Partnership Management:
- You are the primary point of contact for our wellbeing partners to coordinate and execute operational plans for clients.
- You proactively explore and evaluate potential suppliers to further strengthen our ecosystem.
You will be part of the Waldon Management team, called Pitstop.

- You have a master’s degree in psychology and are passionate about workplace wellbeing.
- You have solid initial work experience, preferable between 5-10 years, in which you demonstrated clear people management skills. You have experience with working in a management team.
- You speak fluent French, English and Dutch (Trilingual).
- You have a clear hands-on personality because together with your team you will also host focus groups, analyze the wellbeing offering and present our psychosocial risk analysis to customers.
- You are an experienced networker and have notions of Account Management.
- You are an entrepreneur – you thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments where your job content can evolve quickly.
- You're excited to work in a startup environment, meaning you're comfortable with change, you think outside the box, and you have a whatever-it-takes mindset.
