Joint committee 200: get funding to work on wellbeing

What every Joint Committee 200 organization should know to become a caring employer
Companies have a legal obligation to provide 5 days of training per year to their employees. If your organization falls under Joint Committee (JC) 200, your employees have access to free training through training specialist Cefora/Cevora.
Various wellbeing initiatives also count as learning days under this regulation. This means that Waldon's services can also function as training that can be reimbursed for your company.
This is the perfect opportunity to both upskill your employees AND work on your caring employer image, which science has shown to have an impact on employee attractivity, retention and productivity.

About the regulation and CEVORA/CEFORA
Companies with 20 or more employees are legally required to offer 5 training days per employee per year. This legal framework is set out in the employment deal since beginning 2024. For smaller teams, the requirement is on a best-effort basis. But in both cases, a formal training plan is essential.
Cevora is the training and development fund for JC 200 companies. It exists to support your legal training obligations - and help you invest in your people without stretching your budget.
